BECOME AN AGENT

When I became an agent, I was juggling many things in my life, and I didn't have a real estate agent in my circle to whom I felt comfortable talking about how to become one. So now, I love helping people looking for the steps to become an agent. Below is an explanation in the simplest form but let's have a conversation. 1. Choose courses to complete 75 hrs real estate school (I recommend the CE Shop - I can give you a discount code)  

2. Pass the course exam. 

3. Sign up to take the state exam. 

4. Decide which brokerage you want to join (i.e., EXP Realty, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, etc.); I can tell you some things to consider when evaluating brokerages.

5. Take and pass the state exam. 

6. Apply for a real estate license. 

7. Join local board of realtors and go be a realtor!
